SEATTLE (Dec. 13, 2016) -- TheMaven Network Inc. announced today that the Seattle-based digital media startup has consummated a previously announced transaction, bringing theMaven forward now as a publicly traded company (OTC Pink: MVEN).

In addition, CEO James Heckman and co-founders presented theMaven’s new network platform and vision at its first channel partner conference last week in Dallas, to 33 prestigious publishers, many of whom announced their intention to launch as “Founding Channel Partners.”
